Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to haircut appointments and 48 hours before color  appointments scheduled start time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the credit card on file 100% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment. 

Late Policy

Lateness for an appointment can be accommodated up to 15 minutes past the appointments scheduled start time. Failure to arrive within the 15 minute grace period will result in 100% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment being charged to the credit card on file and cancellation on your appointment. A new appointment will need to be made for an alternative date and time.
